Makemytrip. Com - International Flight cancelled but the agent Makemytrip com do not respond to calls mails

Dear Makemytrip service team,
After all efforts to contact you from **-**-**** to **-**-****, through mails, telephone calls, chatbot from Amsterdam failed, we had no option but return through another airlines via Doha on **-**-**** paying higher fares.
KLM declined to help us as tickets were booked thro' Makemytrip website. All KLM flights to India have been cancelled from **-**-****.

On my repeated calls, mails, chats, I was asked to modify thro' TRIPS section. But your TRIPS section did not even show our international tickets as detailed below and ATTACHED once again for your ready reference.

*. Anju Chetri: PNR PUD**Y (KLM Tkt No. *************) for AMS-DEL.
*. Suryaman Chetri: PNR PUD**Y (KLM Tkt No. *************) for AMS-DEL.
We had availed the journey fro Delhi to Amsterdam on **-**-**** and could not avail the return (AMS to DEL) scheduled on **-**-**** as all KLM flights were cancelled. Kindly cancel and refund entire one way fare as flight was cancelled.
Kindly show some courtesy and respond to my mails.
