* months delay – no project start despite repeated follow-ups
Substandard designs – ignored my taste/feedback, refused basic queries (lighting count)
Weekend meetings cancelled last minute for their sales meetings
No execution – no site visits, materials, or final designs delivered
Now refusing full refund, offering only Rs **K against signing one-sided Refund Deed with:
Non-disparagement threatening "criminal proceedings" for negative reviews
All email requests for contract clause justifying **% deduction ignored. No invoices/timesheets provided despite demands.
