I paid ₹*,**,***/- to Truww Interiors (Project ID: **********e**) for complete home interiors at D-****, ** Pinewood Drive, Hinjewadi Phase *, Pune – ******. Project was completed on *th November ****. Truww promised a **-year warranty (mentioned in quotation and warranty PDF shared by sales team).
Within *-* months, the Dressing Table and Study Table installed by Truww physically fell off the wall — creating a serious safety hazard.
Support Ticket #***** (Dressing Table) raised on **/**/**** — unresolved till date.
Support Ticket #***** (Study Table) raised on **/**/**** — Truww sent a carpenter on approx. **/**/**** who could NOT fix the defect. Truww replied on **/**/**** "quality team is looking into it" — since then complete silence for **+ days.
Legal Notice sent via email on **/**/**** — IGNORED. **-day deadline (*th April ****) expired. Final Reminder sent **/**/**** — no response.
Relief sought: Full rectification of both items under warranty + ₹**,*** compensation for mental harassment, safety hazard, and litigation costs.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
