I have availed a loan from zest money through Simplilearn in order to pursue masters in cybersecurity, the course fees is **,***.
There was a option in Simplilearn , which I can avail a NO cost EMI loan from zest money ,in which I can pay the course fees as EMI every month with *% interest.
But Zest money charges interest of **% saying the interest charged will be refunded as cashback to the respective account within * working days.
Its been more than ** days and still I dint get any cashback refund. I have mailed zest money about the cashback , they told I will receive the cashback on may ** th , but dint receive . Again I mailed zest money , now they mailed me june ** th.
They just keep postponding the dates , they promised to pay the cashback within * working days but its been more than ** days and still dint get any kind of cashback
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
