My mother got recently diagnosed with breast cancer stage * and she got covered with health insurance of star health from last two years and now she got diagnosed in september **** now she got admitted and got her treatment started when i filed the reports and prescriptions to the insurance company they rejected my every claim saying that they will not cover the disease because they are not able to ascertain the disease duration though i have attached all the documents and doctors prescriptions and letter stating that it is diagnosed in September but the insurance company is denying to compensate for the same and emailed us that they are cancelling the policy because they are not able to pass the claims for the disease . we are helpless and this insurance company is cheating us please help us out
