Sir,
I am AYINAPUDI VIJAYA LAKSHMI Health insurance policy holder of STAR HEALTH AND ALLIED INSURANCE with Policy Number : P/******/**/****/****** and ID/TPA/Insurer Id ********-*
has not received the reimbursement of amount Rs.****** till date as promised by star health and allied insurance.I have already submitted the reimbursement form with complete details requested by them.But still the amount i paid during hospital discharge have not been reimbursed.Policy Number : P/******/**/****/****** limit is Rs ****** ,But star health and allied insurance had paid only Rs. ******. so please kindly look into this matter and reimburse the amount i had paid Rs ****** during hospital discharge at srikara hospitals,hyderabad.please find the attached documents for more details.
