I hada home loan with Indiabulls which I finished it by transfering to another bank. I wanted to get e refund of term insurance on me by IBHL. I sent them all documents and they replied that they sent the request to cancel the insurance to Bharti Axa. After that, I am trying to call them and also sending repeated emails but no reply from anyone. Even on the call center I cant speak to anyone as I am not an existing customer. Narrated everything in the email since many days bit all in vain.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
