Bhart filed complaint against indiabulls Home loans on Jul 19, 2021
I have taken a home loan of Rs *,**,*** in Jan **** @*.** rate of interest and my EMI was Rs **** per month for *** months which was later increased to **** and month increased to *** with a rise in the rate of interest also. After Paying ** EMI's (* EMI's are removed from total of ** EMI's as per Monotorium) I.e Rs **** x ** = Rs *,**,***/-. Out of *,**,*** i have already paid Rs *L Approx which is **% of the total Principal Loan amount and still, when i applied for FC i have got the the new FC amount I.e Rs *,**,***/-
I have already paid *L+ and my Principal amount after * years is increased. If I pay in this manner then the loan amount will never finish and i request you to kindly take action against Indiabulls. I don't want my money back but I want that someone drags them to court so that they should learn how customers should be treated and how customers' money should be valued.
