I had purchased tour package from Make my trip . But on return flight from phuket to Delhi I tested covid positive before the flight . I had to quarantine for ten days .After testing negative MMT was supposed to do booking .They said you pay now and you can claim the insurance after coming back to India.I asked them ** times to confirm , they said you can ***% claim but and MMT is not responding RELIANCE TRIED TO CONTACT MMT BUT MMT IS NOT RESPONDING,I'M ATTACHING THE PROOF THAT RELIANCE INSURANCE TRIED TO CONTACT MAKEMYTRIP. ryadav@europassitance.in (ramesh yadav) from insurance company tried to contact you INSURANCE COMPANY NEEDS BREAKUP OF THE INVOICE WHICH AJAY KUMAR SINGH FROM MAKE MY TRIP IS NOT PROVIDING.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
