Icici Prulife - Insurance claim not settled
Amit filed complaint against Icici Prulife on Feb 20, 2019
I bought * policies from ICICI pro-life one is loan insurance and second is term insurance both with critical illness. I buy these policies for my safety but when I really need them after I get heart attack they nearly refuse to pay and take lots of time to settle as well as in refusing. They are not telling what to do whether they are going to settle or going to refuse. Please help me.
