Icici Prulife - Annuity withdrawal is denied

Hi Sir,
I had bought pension policy from ICICI, now the policy is closed and I want to opt out for **% cash withdrawal and **% annuity buying as per government rule. However ICICI prulife is allowing me to only withdraw **.**% only which is not in line with government policy. Also I am not getting the money which is my need now and they are just looking at it from their business interest perspective. This has created tremendous pressure on me as I am not able to get back my own money. I am stressed out as company is actually the custodian of my money but now they are acting as if they are owner of my money. This is very stress full situation for me.
