It is very unfortunate to know that your insurance company is looting by quoting double the car insurance premium than previous year. After mailing multiple times, I did not receive any response from the customer support team. Why has the OD premium been so much for this year? Can anyone explain to me the reason or you guys are simply there to loot customers. Seriously pathetic service from your Hdfc Ergo.See the difference between premiums which have been sent to my mail, online website and last year's premium.
