I placed an order with Get-A-Whey on Swiggy, for * tubs of Keto Ice creams (One ***ml tub of Keto Blueberry Cheesecake and * Keto Belgian Chocolate of ***ml each for a total of Rs ***). However, instead of two Keto Belgian Chocolate tubs, I was given two regular Belgian chocolate tubs (which are not Keto compliant). When I raised the complaint on Swiggy, the app UX captured only * tub as missing, the agent issued me a refund for only one, and without checking with me, immediately closed the conversation. I was not allowed to reopen the thread. However, at that very moment I raised the complaint - that the refund is insufficient on a different thread under the HELP section on the app, where I was redirected to email through an automated message, saying it needs further investigation. Since then, I have had multiple exchanges with Swiggy customer care over emails and again on the HELP section on the app. The agent on the app told me it has been ** hours since the order - so they cant help, the email team will resolve. On emails, despite repeatedly explaining the issue - I am getting standard responses - that a refund has already been issued. This is highly frustrating.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
