I ordered a beige coloured salwar suit of cost **** Rs from glowille clothing brand by seeing their advertisement through facebook. The order number is GL************. It is clearly mentioned on their website that they will be delivering products exactly the same as that of pictures they are showing. But what I got was an entirely different product that too was very cheap and not even worth *** Rs. The quality of the product was disgusting and disappointing. I got this product through Xpressbees courier service and I paid **** Rs for the product and its tax and delivery charges as cash on delivery. When I opened the parcel from my room I realised that I was being cheated. I tried contacting them through e-mail, Instagram and Facebook. But I never get a reply. Then I started commenting below their advertisement pictures and product pictures that I am being cheated through this to save others. But they went on deleting that. Later I came to know that they did the same to many people. I became more depressed. I am a student and I paid for it from my pocket money. Now I am feeling guilty and I cannot even concentrate on my studies.
