Got cheated three times. I ordered a Kurti in the beginning but got delivered a completely different low-quality item. Thought it was accidental so asked for replacement they didn't respond for more than a month then I contacted them through the courier service firm then they started emailing me regarding the same saying they are ready to refund the money to glowille account so that I can shop again. I trusted them and shopped again but they again did the same thing. Meanwhile, I ordered once again from my husband's account as well. Same response. I clearly told them that if you are not paying my money back to my bank account then I am going to raise a complaint against them in the consumer court. After that mail, they agreed to pay my money back to my account and asked for my bank details and everything. They asked us to courier back their product so that they can initiate the refund. I did. Now they are again saying according to their company policy they are not ready to refund my amount back instead I can shop with them again it seems. Now there is no way to trust them. Please help me to get my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
