Dear Team,
I booked a new connection on *st November ****. After * days I got a call from Independent TV and the person on the other side asked my address details and told me that within a week I'll get my settop box and it'll be installed and after that * weeks has been passed and I'm calling everyday to customer care but none of them are responding and every time when I'm calling they r always saying it'll be installed within a week.i marked mails to Independent TV & veecon media but none of them are replying.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
