BOSCH Home Appliances - Installation Service denied

The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a new bosch washing machine, today was the installation day, but instead, the installation guy called and falsy said he is coming, and asked for which brand washing machine you bought as he doesn't sound like real bosch engineer, and no one has visited my place for installation.
fake engineer phone number - +************(he sounded like a con man)
Job Nr- ********** (as per SMS, I don't know its a genuine or fake )

Bosch has started running scams, will take this matter to a higher authority.
I am going to file a police complaint as well in the consumer forum for such fraud and false information regarding installation.
the fake service guy called me asked which brand washing machine you bought if he would have been bosch's technician, he would not have asked such questions and he said he is coming within * hour and still he didn't reach,
Take back your product and refund my money with compensation charges. I already filed a complaint with, consumer helpline regarding this.
