PARIKSHITHA filed complaint against Independent Tv on Dec 27, 2018
I booked my prepaid independent TV connection on **th November. While booking they spoke politely and said within **days you will get connection. Even I asked them whether my area is having connectivity they told yes. But after ** days * times I called customer care they simply playing same taped message that by * days ** days * days you call them ** times same they will repeat and they don't given any solution also no head office contact number no local vendor also. Simply fooling around the people by collecting huge money they are enjoying it's interest. I will wait for ** more days and I will lodge a complaint in consumer court.
My connection details as follows
Dear Customer,your service request number is ****** , and tentative resolution time is ** Hrs .Independent TV.
Dear Customer, Your workorder no is ****** , and your Customer ID is ********** ,your installation will be completed shortly.Independent TV
