My JIO FIBER ID is **********, I have took the connection on March **nd, The installation Engineer Abdul came to provide the connection and left, within one hour the connection dropped, from that time I kept on calling customer care to fix the issue but still now no respond, i have raised several ticket and all tickets has been closed without attending the issues .
then I came to know that there was no port available to provide a new connection the Installation Engineer Abdul removed the existing customer port and connected my port during installation, Now they saying the port is not available to give my connection, i have paid * month advance payment. without Port availability for new connection they took the order and collect the three month advance payment and now saying port in not available and unable to refund my money
