I took tv from amazon on **th jan **** and book the installation slot for **th jan **** of ** am to ** pm, they are not provide service and they cancelled the service and again i book service on **st jan that i received the message ,but no one respond for the same,i ask the customer care they said no request is there for **th jan.i complained same to xiaomi they are not responding
