Hi Team,
This is regarding the recent purchase of LLOYD *.* Ton AC , Inverter model. * star AC from your sonovision , the worst ever experience I’m struck up with not even a valid badged LLOYD person attending to do the installation , * teams of persons visited home with * different quotes where in one person referring to **** rs and seperate *** rs for stand fixing charges and other guy with **** + *** and another with **** + *** rs . I have never seen this kind of discrepancy where in professionals like urban companies offering installation starting with *** rs and sonovision promised me **** rs for installation and this is seriously troubling me and the staff behaviour is very rude and no proper resolution is given and no response the box is opened and just left like that . I need this to be adressed very quick where in if it fails i want the product to take back and want my complete refund and will proceed with consumer complaint,. Attached bill for reference
