Jigar Akhani filed complaint against Chroma on Oct 3, 2019
Dear Sir,
With reference to subject matter, i would like to draw your attention to the fact that i have purchased * Panasonic AC from Chroma Himalaya Mall-Ahmedabad store against attached invoice.
At the time of Purchase, it was said that Standard Installation is at free and no other charges are payable. Furthermore, there was no call from Chroma or Panasonic end for Installation once product is delivered, Due to Low usage, i have raised Installation request after * month, Now you are asking for hefty installation charges for which no communication was made at the time of purchase. you can confirm the same with Chroma Service manager Mr, Shankar and Sales Person mr. chetan.
I have given * bulk order at the said store, none of my product was delivered on time and from that one Ac i got replaced almost after * months of repetitive complaints. Further one AC was received damage of hitachi, for that also complain is still pending and no part is replaced till date as committed by chroma and Hitachi.
feeling completely harassed from day one of placing order with chroma. Currently want replacement of Hitachi Defective part and both this Panasonic AC installed at the earliest. Otherwise i will be forced to take the matter to the consumer forum.
