i bought lenovo laptop in tambaram chrompet,chennai on feb*nd **** which worth ***** indian rupee and within a week laptop having issue now . (unable to login and getting hang & blank screen several restarts) due to this issue i unable to take online exams which i have planned.
Actually , i got shocked and tensed by the words of seller in office itself - he acknowledged that they have defect product and the customer who bought upto * lacs product also had defect within * days of buy date. so laptop which worth **k is a small issue for them . So i need a replacement of new laptop.
