I recently requested connection for gtpl WiFi and it was worst experience.
The service provider's name is Yogesh and he took payment on the same day I called him and promised to install WiFi in * days or maximum * days. It wasn't installed until ** days and after ** days also the engineers just stretched wire nothing more.
The engineer came to visit more than *_* times and was pathetic that they didn't even took router to install when they came in. As of now the wires are just hanging everywhere and I requested Mr. Yogesh to come and see the situation but he's not responding to my calls.
On *th day of my request I asked Yogesh to refund me as I was tired of calling him but he just left the box in here. Now I am stuck with this stupid box. I want refund of my money.
I'm addition to above no one provided me a bill or registration copy.
It will be a month now and I still don't have resolution.
