Hi, My name is Harpalsinh Rathod and I ordered for Independent TV on **.**.**** and paid the amount in full (****/-). I got the message, the connection will be installed within ** working days but till date, it has not been installed. I called several times to customer care on *********** and every time customer care executive says to wait * days but still installation not done yet till date on **-**-**** and when I have says to cancel this so he says to send email to customercare@independenttv.in for cancellation and I have already sent mail on **th Jan **** but still no revert and I will not get back my money so please help me what should i do?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
