I made a purchase on ** Oct **** of some artificial jewellery from an Instagram Store "tactile_accessories" and made the payment before according to their rules and regulations. Then seller assured me that parcel will get shipped after a day and will reach me after *-* working days but I haven't received anything so try to chat with them on Instagram where I made the purchase but they didn't respond again I texted them saying I would take some action against them if they didn't provide me answer so they came up and said they will send me the tracking detailing next day but I got nothing so I texted them either to refund my amount or provide me with some information but still they are not responding. So now on date ** Oct ****, I decided to file the complaint because now already **-** days have pasted and I have received nothing and Instagram should not have a proper complaint system for stores and all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
