I have ordered a product from the Instagram account (tactile_accessories) on **/**/** and paid rs. *,*** upfront to confirm the order. Since then I am not getting a proper response from him, after warning him with a complaint about fraud, he abused and refused to refund any amount. I have not received any product and neither has any detail about shipping/delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
