Chandrakantbhai Bharkhda filed complaint against Tata motors nexon on May 30, 2026
There is issue with infotainment system in Nexon Fearless, registeration number GJ**IC****.
In every services, I had informed about the issues (hang, non responsive infotainment system). Unfortunately, every time service centers agreed for the issue and released just SOFTWARE RELATESISSUE. SOFTWARE IS UPDATED.
Post February, I had faced issues multiple times but now we are fed up with the same.
Again requested for permanent solution with TATA CUSTOMER CARE and I informed to check thoroughly, inspect properly (instead of just SOFTWARE update) but the Gujarat / Ahmedabad based TATA Team is asking for proofing via video recording rather then introspection of records, history, updates, issues.
