Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the breakdown of the clutch master cylinder in my Tata Nexon (Vehicle Reg. No.: [WB **V ****]). A complaint was raised regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any proper response or resolution from your side till date.
To follow up on the matter, I contacted your toll-free customer care number [ **** *** **** ]multiple times. However, instead of assisting me, the representatives continuously behaved in a rude and unprofessional manner. They repeatedly claimed that I was "not audible," despite the fact that I was clearly audible and could hear them without any issue. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to avoid resolving the issue.
This kind of behavior from a brand like Tata Motors is unacceptable. The delay in addressing my complaint and the poor attitude of your customer service staff has caused me both inconvenience and distress.
If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue, I will be compelled to escalate the matter and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court.
