Act sales representative informed thrice you will get refund within ** to ** hours if you dnt like the service.they didnt provide the router to me so i said i didnt want the connection.
From three days the customer service agents are calling multiple times and asking the same reason should i need to give the explanation for everyone single representative leaving my work and everything .this is really frustrating .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
