I was in need of a broadband in which port ** is opened. So i contacted act fibernet for the connection, Before i took the connection i have asked the sales guy for the open ports in the network and he suggested me to take static ip in which all the ports are open. So i trused him and took the connection this is the third week. I am still contacting helpdesk team and they simply closing the tickets.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
