I purchased a bunk bed from Pepperfy.com that came with one year manufacturers guarantee. The bed has completely collapsed...in just nine months.It could not take up the weight of a * yr old child.
Horrible experience.......
I have been writing again and again but despite repeated complaints no response has received.
From the very first day we noticed a creaking sound in the bed which is really not normal in a new bed even if it is a bunker bed. Inferior quality wood and spares like nuts and bolts have been used.
I feel like I was cheated.
I am still paying for the bed as I bought it from EMI but it is really shocking that it has collapsed so early.
We would have never bought it seeing the reviews but we blindly trusted the brand name PEPPERFRY
and the manufacturer who has offered this bed to PEPPERFRY AND to us as consumers is playing with our money and most importantly trust on the brand.
I will never recommend anyone to buy from PEPPERFRY because of the experience.
After complaining the carpenter came and said this needs new parts to be replaced, but since then there has been no call, service call or revert from PEPPERFRY. Customer care does not pick the phone. Emails are not replied and we as a customer are just seeing that collapsed bed, still paying emi's and waiting for an action.
This company looks fake as they do not have any product feedbacks and customer care executives to hear and rectify.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
