On Sunday (*th Oct ****) I visited VLCC, Vatika city, block w, market, sector **, gurugram, Haryana ****** office and I took some products and groom package. I have started using the product from Sunday night. after using their products I got the infection in the whole body. I took consultation from the skin doctor for the same and I told him what I used. he advised me not to use the products that the products are not good. then I visited vlcc centre again to meet their doctor as they requested for the same and vlcc doctor also suggest me don't use the products. after this, I requested them for the refund of my groom package as their products are not suitable for me. but they denied for the refund. I have visited their centre many time, contacted the customer care via mail and call but they are not giving my money back to me. please help me with this.
