Dear Mivi Customer Service Team,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the Mivi Collar Classic Pro headphones that I purchased from your company. Approximately four months ago, I claimed warranty for a malfunction on one side of the headphones.
Despite the warranty claim, I am now experiencing the same issue, and to exacerbate matters, the headphones are not even turning on.This recurring issue is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the quality and reliability of your product. As a loyal customer, I expected better durability and performance from Mivi products. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.I am requesting immediate action to address this matter. I require either a replacement of the Mivi Collar Classic Pro headphones with a functioning unit or an alternative product of equal or greater value. Given the inconvenience and frustration caused by this recurring issue, I believe this is a reasonable request.If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint and share my negative experience on various social media platforms.
As a responsible consumer, it is essential for me to alert others to the potential issues they may encounter with Mivi products.I trust that you will prioritize this matter and provide a swift resolution.
