I m using indusind credit card since *_* years
Durinng lock down I was unable to pay n got into financial crisis
I have applied for Outstanding to emi conversion , also for restructuring ,multiplayer times but they didn't consider finally I have applied for settlement in five emi they given me setllement officer number but she didn't pick up my calls since * month neither replied back.
Interest is increasing daily
Customer care is not easy to approach
They also not responding well satisafctorily
Collection executives torturing like hell ,I requested them multiple times I can't pay in total plz convert into emi or restructuring or settlement but all in vein,
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
