IndusInd Bank - Indusind Bank took my money but my Cholamandalam Insurance not got renewed and can'r avail it

My money (Rs. *****) got deducted from Indusind Bank account for renewal of my Cholamandalam Health insurance policy, but I am not able to avail benefits of my Cholamandalam Health Insurance.

I called customer care of Cholamandalam General Insurance and they said that they haven't received the money although my money got deducted in Feb ****.

I called the Indus Ind Bank customer care and they said that the money was not deducted and they took it very lightly. Later on I called again, then the customer care executive of Indus Ind Bank took this complaint and later on a guy from Indus Ind Bank confirmed me that the money was deducted but he can't help it and I will have to go to the branch of Cholamandalam by myself for clarification.
I have * different accounts at Golf course road and Boring Road Patna branch.

My Branch is Golf course road branch from which the money was deducted and Boring road Patna branch who booked this insurance. Both Indus Ind bank account is on my Mother's name Indira Devi A/C No. ************ (Golf course road Gurgaon Branch) and A/c No. ************ (Boring Road Patna Branch).

I called one manager of Golf course road branch but he took * days and after wasting my time was not able to resolve it. At the end he said I will have to contact customer care of Indus Ind Bank and Cholamandalam since he can't do anything.

This insurance is on my Mother's name Indira Devi with DOB **/**/**** and Membership No. A******A.
My mother was Hospitalized in Artemis Hospital last week and I was not avail the insurance and had to pay the entire bill from my own. Till now after * days of headache I am still at zero and confused that what it has been done?
I am feeling like cheated and need help to resolve my concern.
I am mentally harassed from last few days and thus serious steps should be taken against Indus Ind Bank so that they may not do such cheating with some one else.
