I BOOKED INDIGO FLIGHT FROM CHANDIGARH TO MANGALORE KEEPING I VIEW THE TIME. AS I DIDNT WANT TO B LATE AS MY HOTEL IS * HOURS FROM MANAGALORE AIRPORT. INDIGO TODAY SENT A SMS THAT THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED THE FLIGHT BY * HOUR FOR NO REASON. I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT THIS EXPOSES MY FAMILY (MY WIFE AND * YEAR OLD SON) SAFETY AND REQUESTED THEM TO ORGANISE A TRANSPORT TO DROP ME SAFELY TO MY HOTEL. THEY FLATLY REFUSED. I WANT THEM PENALISED FOR UNILATERALLY BREACHING THE CONTRACT AND PUTTING ME AND FAMILY SAFETY AT RISK. I SEEK COMPENSATION OF *****
