Mohan Gupta filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Apr 12, 2020
I have booked an Indigo flight from Ranchi to HYD bearing PNR - PKFGRW for a date of **-*-**** .co but Indigo has not informed us of zero change fees on booking made between ** march - **st march via call or by email. So when I have called the customer Indigo Service on **-**-**** for this rescheduling facility they have said it must be informed ** hr prior to departure but my query is that why they have not informed a customer for such an important message. So, it is the Indigo mistake and for that, I have communicated to indigo they replied that they will not reschedule my ticket as ** hr timing has lapsed. If Indigo can send an email for various promotional offers and advertisements then how they cannot inform such an important notice to the customer. So, at last, I have to cancel my ticket.
