irctc indigo airlines - Indigo Flight tickets not refunded by IRCTC

IRCTC Flights,
I had booked * tickets from RRP to Del on **nd March, **** vide PNR No.BJ&QKW. Due to COVID**, the flights were not operational on the travel date that is *nd April, **** and INDIGO has issued the credit shell as enclosed. I am hereby also enclosing the
invoice for your reference. I would also like to inform you that the day our honorable Prime Minister had announced the Lockdown of the country, I cancelled the booked tickets considering that all the booked ticket will be refunded by IRCTC due to the conditions of the country beyond our perception and control.
Considering me as your loyal customer since long time and due to this COVID** we have incurred heavy financial losses and as a special case, I humbly request to your goodself to refund the credit shell amount to my account which indigo has issued to me (as enclosed) after deducting the refund amount of Rs*** which has been credited to my account.
I feel that my humble prayer to your goodself will not be unheard and arrange to refund the total amount.
