Aman Suyal filed complaint against irctc indigo airlines on Apr 13, 2020
I booked a round trip (HYD -> DEL -> HYD)
I was supposed to receive refund for * flight
(HYD ->DEL, PNR: IPZ**E)
I spoke to Indigo Customer Care and they claimed to have completed the refund from their end and asked me to contact IRCTC (I have written an email).
Still no money has been credited in my account.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
