Hi ,
I booked ticket from mumbai to nagpur for **/**/**** from indigo and on **/**/**** i received email that the flight *E **** from BOM to NAG on **-**-** is cancelled due to COVID-** retriction.
So i booked another ticked from different airlines now indigo is telling we dint send any email and stating if you want to cancel, cancellation charges will be apply.
Kindly find the below email from indigo
