Sathyanarayana C filed complaint against Indigo Airlines through ease my trip travel agent Portal on Mar 21, 2020
I had booked my flight tickets on *th March,**** from Bangalore to Delhi and return ticket from Delhi to Bangalore. My travel date was on **th March, ****. Due to COVID-** Government has ordered not to travel and avoid crowded places. Even doctors and family members said not to travel as it is spreading like anything. Due to this i had cancelled my flight tickets. I had requested customer care people not to apply cancellation charges as i was cancelling my plan due to government suggestion on COVID-**, but no use as they applied cancellation charges. I have written my concern to customer.relations@goindigo.in , but no reply to that email except automated reply to that. Can you help me resolve this issue.
