I had booked two tickets bfrom trichhy to Bangalore for myself and my mother...
I had paid ***** for the two of us...
This amount was not reflected..and i was asked to pay ***** second time...
After the flight was over with the second booking...i now realised the first amount was also deducted...
Hence I have incurred a loss of *****
As a frequent user of ease my trip...
I request this double payment may please be rectified and i be refunded
