I had booked a flight with Indgio Airlines from Coimbatore to Delhi for **th August **** (PNR TD*YNX ) which was cancelled subsequently resulting in a net refund of Rs. ****/= . Indigo has been sitting on this refund amount and after giving numerous calls and every time they promising to refund the amount to my savings account (details provided to the customer care executive ) . But the refund is not forthcoming . I intend to claim the refund amount of Rs. ****/= along with simple interest of Rs. *** @*% p.a .
