Independent Tv - Independent TV not working

My independent tv reliance digital is not working since * months. No channels being aired and very pathetic service. Initially, it worked for a few months and stopped the connection permanently. When we were taking the connection it was promised that all the channels would be aired without interruption for * year. But the promise was broken within * months. If you can't give the service again please refund my connection amount.
