i am parul singhal customer of independent tv (reliance tv) cable service,my set top box sr. no. is ***************, in september **** i installed reliance tv that is also know as independent tv ,but from **th of november **** i am regularly complaining to independent tv (reliance tv)customer service via customer care no. ***********. they had not resolved my problem yet, i am suffering from same issue of cable service, not even providing any registered technician. from last ** days i am complaining but they reply with the same answer that is "we are registering your complain and technician will visit within ** hr", but senario is still same no one visited.
i request consumer court kindly help me to resolve my cable problem or ask company to refund my money.
if they are not able to provide satisfactory service then they should shut down their company .
