Sri filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on May 13, 2018
This complaint is in regards with the indecent behavior of Mr Benson who was handling the check in counter E-* at Hyd airport(Date : **May****). He along with his colleague (working in counter E-*) were making indecent fun on Ladies (from village side) who were traveling to Doha as working class and we’re not good in communication skills. On the first instance, I thought boys were having little fun while working. However, after observing them for ** minutes, it was quite evident that these two indigo staff were laughing sarcastically enjoying the poor condition of travelers. Please note, the prime interest of customer service is to help the people who does not have good knowledge about the airport procedures and not to objectify them indecently. Hope Indigo Management will look into this and take a strict action against the said employees. Please note, due to inappropriate behaviour of said persons and for wasting time for just having indecent fun, other travelers had to wait in queue more than usual.
