Swapnil Sen filed complaint against Aditya Birla Finance Limited on Jan 14, 2023
After months(starting September ****) of struggling with Ola Financial Services and Aditya Birla Finance, after complaining to RBI Ombudsman (Complaint#N***************) I got a response from the Grievance Redressal Team of Aditya Birla Finance Limited that the correction in my Credit Reports (specially CIBIL) was initiated on **th October **** (CRM:*****************) against LAN: LXW-M*****-*********. The CIBIL Report was updated and the score was corrected on **th December ****.
On **st December ****, they again updated the incorrect details with CIBIL (DPD of *** days); thus, on **th Jan ****, my CIBIL Score again decreased without any fault of mine from *** to ***.
I have already spent more than * months, multiple calls, uncountable emails, and a lot of mental agonies, and still haven't got a permanent solution to my problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
