Campus Shoes - Incorrect Size Received

I had placed an order on Campus shoes official website on *st July, Order ID - ****** and got the delivery on *th July, however the show size I order was for Size * but instead got Size *, I have requested customer support to raise an exchange request as I need the show and if I were to place the order again after return i have to pay more for the same shoe. This is not fair and breaches consumer rights, it was a miss from Campus team that they dispatched wrong item but the customer is supposed to bear the losses for their miss
