I had ordered HRX jacket, but recevied red tape shoes, The outer packaging had my name and address that's why i have accpeted the order but when i opened the package it have shoes with different billing address and shipping address, its invoice is of different name and MOREOVER, the outer packagin i have of myntra is of SHOES, square shape, which have my name and address pasted on it. if outer packaging is of packet shape then it would be difficult to prove but now it is crystal clear that myntra cheated me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
